SaaS contracts and GPU cloud bills hide more cash than most founders realize. I find it and negotiate it back - €230M+ negotiated across 13 years at FIFA, LFP, and Lacoste.

Recover 2-6 months of runway from your tech spend.

You'll leave with 2-3 specific savings opportunities - even if we never work together.

Ex-procurement at FIFA, LFP & Lacoste. Operator, not consultant.

Two levers. Same outcome.

Most founders only see one. I negotiate both.

SaaS Stack Negotiation

Map your vendor sprawl, identify quick wins, renegotiate contracts with timing leverage and benchmark data.

10-30% reduction

AWS / GCP / Azure, Datadog, Snowflake, Salesforce / HubSpot, Vercel, Okta

GPU Cloud Strategy

Audit your compute spend, benchmark it against market rates, and design your commitment strategy - multi-provider setup, on-demand vs. reserved, volume-commitment terms - so you negotiate from data, not guesswork.

20-40% reduction

CoreWeave, Lambda, RunPod, Scaleway, Nebius

// ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE

The runway math.

A 40-person Series A spending $2M/year, with monthly burn around $167k. Numbers below are illustrative - your audit call produces your numbers.

SaaS stack
$150k/year → 20% recovered
$30k
Cloud + GPU compute
$200k/year → 30% recovered
$60k
Total recovered
against a $167k monthly burn → ~2 weeks of runway per year, every year - and 2-6 months across a typical contract cycle when renegotiation timing, term length, and payment terms are stacked.
$90k/year

Illustrative figures. Your audit call produces your numbers.

The Runway Sprint.

A fixed-fee diagnostic of your entire tech spend. You get a complete spend map, your top 5 savings opportunities ranked by effort vs. impact, one automation quick-win, and a negotiation roadmap with timing leverage for each contract.

Duration

2 weeks. Minimal time from your team - read access to invoices and contracts, plus two 45-minute calls.

Price

CHF 9’500 fixed fee.No percentage-of-savings surprises.

Next step

If you want the negotiations executed, that's a separate scope - most clients handle 2-3 themselves with the roadmap and hand me the hardest ones.

For growing teams.

Past Series B, tech spend stops being a sprint problem and becomes an operating discipline. For companies at that stage I work as a fractional spend & procurement lead - a monthly retainer covering vendor governance, renewal calendar management, and negotiation support, embedded with your finance team. If you're a CFO or COO building this function for the first time, the 30-minute audit call works the same way.

Alexandre Lendepergt, Runnw.ai founder

Why work with me.

Runnw.ai is a Zürich-based tech-spend advisory. Founded by Alexandre Lendepergt (ex-FIFA, LFP, Lacoste - €230M+ negotiated), it helps Seed to Series B startups cut SaaS and GPU cloud costs through a fixed-fee two-week Runway Sprint, and provides fractional procurement leadership to growing teams across Europe in English, French, and German.

I am Alexandre Lendepergt. For 13 years I have run procurement where tech spend was strategic: FIFA (€150M indirect spend), LFP (€80M operations budget), LACOSTE (€20M e-commerce spend).

I have negotiated against the vendors your startup uses today. I know their pricing tiers, their quarter-end pressures, and the clauses they hide. I also advised early-stage SaaS companies on GTM and product positioning, so I understand what a 20-person team can absorb.

I do not bring corporate procurement. I bring operator-grade leverage to startups that need to extend runway without dilution.

Based in Zürich. Working in English, French, and German.

Common questions.

How is this different from Vendr, Tropic, or Cledara?

Those are SaaS-buying platforms or marketplaces with recurring fees and a buyer pool that can dilute leverage. I work hands-on with one startup at a time, cover both SaaS and GPU compute, and price as a fixed-fee engagement - not a subscription.

What if I have no GPU spend?

Then the engagement focuses 100% on SaaS - Datadog, Snowflake, Salesforce/HubSpot, Okta, observability, data, and security stacks. The Runway Sprint scope adjusts to where the real spend sits.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. Mutual NDA before any pricing, invoice, or vendor data is shared. Standard practice and signed in 24 hours.

What if you find nothing actionable?

Then I don't engage. The 30-minute runway audit is free, and I only take on the paid Sprint if we agree there's meaningful runway to recover.

Why can't our CFO handle this?

They could. They won't get to it. Your CFO is a generalist running 14 workstreams. Vendor negotiation is a specialist game where the other side does it for a living. I've sat in hundreds of enterprise SaaS deals. I know which vendors fold at quarter-end, which clauses are non-negotiable theater, and what the floor price actually is. I work with your CFO, not around them.

Two months of runway is one audit away. Ready?

30 minutes. No slides. Walk away with 2-3 specific savings opportunities - even if we never work together.

Free. No commitment.
